Vinny left his job to become a winemaker’s apprentice on Long Island and began to learn the art of making wine. In early 2000, we relocated to the Finger Lakes to pursue wine making and a better quality of life. The opportunity to purchase and operate Billsboro Winery arose in 2007. Billsboro was our first stop for wine tasting, and was recommended to us by the B&B owners. So glad we took their advice! We loved the wines and had a hard time deciding what to buy. We prefer dry wines, which they have excelled at producing. But even the sweeter offerings on the tasting menu were enjoyable.
